Two little buttons make customers trust you: "I'm on my way" and the arrival check-in. Use them every time.

1Leaving? Tap "I'm on my way"
Step by step
- 1Leaving? Tap "I'm on my way"
Open the booking chat and tap the button. The customer instantly gets an SMS that you're coming.
- 2Arrived? Tap "Check in"
You can add a photo of the work site. This protects YOU too — it proves you showed up on time.
- 3When finished, the customer marks it Done
Then they can rate you. Ask politely for a review — stars build your reputation.
